Through the process of cyanotype on fabric, I created book cloth for the covers of this journal. Cyanotype, known for it’s rich blue color, is a historical process in which a chemical reaction with sunlight helps to create the impression of whatever is placed on it’s surface. Plants from my garden created the patterns on the cover.
